Where to put the Bybit referral code, step by step
- Open the Bybit button above. It lands on a “You’re invited to Bybit!” panel, not on the usual home page.
- The panel has an Email/Mobile Number field (Bybit’s placeholder says to leave out the country code) and, under it, Referral Code (Optional). It was already filled in when we looked, and a card at the top left repeated it as “Referral Code: COINPORT”.
- Check that the box and the card both show COINPORT. If they do not, close the tab and open the button again; do not carry on and try to fix it later.
- Press the Get My Welcome Gifts button, which also means you accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then follow Bybit’s country, captcha, verification-code and password screens.
- Complete Standard identity verification. Bybit says it is mandatory for its products and services, and its help centre marks crypto deposits, spot trading and derivatives as unavailable without it.

No. Bybit’s registration guide (updated 17 August 2026) says that once an account is created you cannot add, modify or delete the referral or affiliate code. That makes the sign-up screen the only place the code can go. If you already have a Bybit account, this code cannot be added to it; check with Bybit support if you think otherwise.

What the 20% give-back means
20% lower trading fees when you sign up through this link: we pass 20% of our referral commission back to you. Set by coinport in its Bybit affiliate panel, confirmed 30 September 2026. Bybit’s own referral pages do not list it.
Put plainly: coinport earns a commission when someone opens an account through the link, and we hand 20% of it back by lowering the spot and futures trading fees on your account. It applies to trading fees only. Withdrawal and network fees are a separate cost, and Bybit’s own welcome offer is set by Bybit, not by us. The rate that applies to you is the one your Bybit account shows after sign-up, so look there rather than at any calculation of ours. 20% is the maximum our affiliate accounts let us give back — we give all of it.

Referral code, invite code or promo code?
Bybit’s sign-up field is called Referral Code (Optional), and its registration guide also speaks of an “affiliate code” in the same breath. Referral code, invite code and promo code are search words for that same box: COINPORT is the value to look for.

What is the Bybit referral code?

Is there a Bybit promo code or invite code?
Those words are used for the same thing as the referral code. The code on this page is COINPORT, and it is attached to our sign-up button. We publish no other code for Bybit.
Why does the Bybit code have to be entered before I register?
Because Bybit says so: its registration guide (updated 17 August 2026) states that the referral or affiliate code cannot be added, modified or deleted after the account is created. The coinport button fills the box for you, so you only need to check it.
